       My name is Kenneth Lewis, and this is my Canvas Art Project, "Her."  The first picture is my final project, an abstract, cubist representation of a girl. Each image of the sketch is what led me to the final image. As you can see,  I chose to change or remove certain elements of the actual photo, so it could essentially be my own kind of image. The reason I chose this specific picture is because I love drawing different types of faces in my free time.     In my opinion, one of the biggest challenges for me while doing this was when I was making the face itself. Making the face alone took me about 6-7 hours- not including the hair, neck, etc. In order to make the shape of the head, I had to use 2 bezier curves for the left and right outlines of the face. The, I had to have points connect to each other from the middle line of the face to the top of the lip.      What exactly is the Internet? The Internet is a vast world-wide network that connects every single computer around the world. Bob Kahn and Vint Cerf are the two men to thank for this. The first ever workable prototype of  the Internet was founded in the late 1960s. It was called ARPANET, short for Advanced Research Projects agency Network. The Internet was originally invented for the military, " During the Cold War, it was essential to have communications links between military and university computers that would not be disrupted by bombs or enemy spies." The Internet is used today to manage finances, communicate with others, shop for clothes, and more.     My name is Kenny. I was born and raised in New Jersey. I am Jamaican and Dominican. I am most likely one of the most laidback people you will meet. I do not care to be the center of attention or the most famous person in the room. I like to read, play video games, go to the gym, and hang out with friends.
